E-Micro Corporation was founded as an intellectual property development and licensing company and filed it's first patent in 1998.
Frank Gangi, the founder of E-Micro, has an extensive retailing background and has held executive management, financial and financial management positions with some of America's most well known companies; First Data Corporation, American Express, 7-Eleven, The Singer Company, Johnson & Johnson and IBM Corporation.
He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he received a BS in Accounting and Seton Hall University where he received an MBA in Finance.
Gangi holds a CPA Certificate from The State of Texas and is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPA's. |
